Your full refund will be issued once we have received and examined the returned goods at our return center.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

Items in stock: 2-5 working days for Standard Delivery items.

Payments

All Goods purchased are subject to a one-time payment. Payment can be made through various payment methods available.

CANCELLATION PRIOR TO SHIPMENT

If you cancel your order(s) before it ships from our warehouse, you will not be charged any additional fees. We require a cancellation request to be submitted by emailing us at support@elitenfc.com.

We advise a cancellation request within 12 hours upon your order submission.

RETURN POLICY

Orders are returnable within 7 working days starting from delivery if they are incorrect, damaged or defective.

Only items purchased directly from eliteNFC Online Store are eligible for return.

Goods are eligible for return if:

• Incorrect: Wrong item, size, color, or missing items
• Damaged: Items found damaged upon receipt

Return requirements:

• Ship back within 7 working days
• Have proof of purchase
• Item in new condition with original packaging
• Return in original protective packaging

REFUND POLICY

Full refund issued after receiving and examining returned goods at our return center.

Refund methods:

• Online Bank Transfer: 3-5 working days
• Credit Card: Sent to card-issuing bank

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Address: We only ship to addresses provided during purchase. We do not ship to P.O Boxes.

Shipping Time: 2-5 working days (Monday to Friday), delivered 9:00 am to 5:00 pm weekdays.

Tracking Number: Provided via email once goods leave our warehouse.

Change In Shipping Address: Request within 12 hours of order submission. Changes after 24 hours may incur additional charges.
